Tailor - Refreshing and other issues

1). When in the tailor on any of my many alts the bridge officers keep refreshing making it nearly impossible to change outfit names on that screen before the next refresh.
2). Can only modify alts that are set to be used on ground.
3). I have two alien boffs if I change A, B changes instead.

I'm having the refreshing BOFFs tailor page issue too.
I'm dealing with a similar issue changing BOFF appearances where it takes that BOFF's design and overwrites a different BOFF as well.
It's been doing both of these things for over a week.
