The event prize for the walker has never come to me. I completed the event 30 min before down time the day the event ended. My event screen is not offering a buy out option. I gor enough point to complete the annual event and claimed that ahead of the event item complete toon and cloning the prose for that. I claimed the event prize and loved out. I log back in I can not find it and it is not a able in the event reclaim store for ground items. I opened a ticket with apparently arc they said it looks like a big turn in an I game ticket bug report. Did that and I have not been answered, also when I try to look at my open tickets it says I can’t access right now. Send a support ticket to ... no one answers. So I found this link in the original ticket.
