Carrier commands missing on XBOX ONE

I'm uncapable to find what buttons should I press on my XBOX ONE controller to issue carrier commands. How can I send my hangar pets to attack my target or to escort my carrier? I can launch them alright but after that they are on their own.
Thank you.

I've never seen any carrier command other than to launch them on Console.
I expect they're limiting the command that could otherwise lead to clogging up the command wheel.

They seem happy to clog up the wheel with other junk though.

There are several things that were never copied over from the PC version, carrier commands are one. Custom power levels and the ability to deposit/withdraw EC from bank by typing a number are a few more.

Yeah i was quite surprised after creating a PC char when I saw all the carrier pet commands, since then I've often wondered why the Xbox never got those commands. But when I decided once to buy the Phoenix box ship Emotes I ended up with a wheel crowded with thumbs up, countdown and rock paper scissors along with numerous others, surely if those could go there why couldn't the carrier commands. I never got those emotes for any other char after that.

Interesting. So they were not concerned about clogging the wheel with all sort of emojis but they are concerned that a few carrier commands will be too much for the wheel. Smart, very smart...

I suspect the reason they never copied over things like carrier commands and customizable power levels is more technical than "They didn't want to clog up the wheel". That being said, I don't see the difference between carrier commands, intel ship commands, and command ship commands. We will never get an answer from Cryptic, so it isn't worth thinking about.
