Game won't launch

I haven't logged in in a few weeks so idk when exactly this became an issue for me, but when I click engage the screen goes black like the game is loading but nothing happens, the cursor becomes the spinning blue circle, and if I click the mouse I get a message that the program stopped responding. I've tried safe mode, uninstalling and reinstalling, installing through Steam, force verify, disabled on-demand patching and force verified again, updated my graphics driver, and disabled my anti-virus but none of that had any effect. This is currently the only game I'm having trouble with, PC specs are:

Ryzen 5 3600X
RTX 2080 Super
32 GB RAM
Game is installed on an SSD

EDIT: Nevermind, logged out of windows and then logged back in and it's working now.
