Missing "Other" trait slots and traits.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
All my characters are missing their "other" trait slot, as well as all traits connected to the slot. "Well Traveled" on my main, and my Romulan is missing the bonus damage to elachi trait.

    I have the same problem.
    Where there is a Will, there is a Way.
