Advanced Phaser Arrays now bugged

As the title says, they are now bugged. The buff on them appears to stop at 20% instead of 60%, this really sucks because I just yesterday finished getting 5 of them to epic only to just today see them ruined by a bug.
Men are not punished for their sins, but by them.
