Can I report forum bugs here? Recently the "Post Discussion" button gets pushed below screen.

Starting this week (it never happened before), I have been unable to make forum posts more than maybe 7-10 lines long because each line I type expands text box and pushes the row of buttons at bottom of screen ("Post Discussion", "Save Draft", "Preview", "Cancel" below bottom of screen, and moving scrollbar all the way to bottom does not bring those buttons back onto screen. The only way I can get them back is to keep post down to about 7-10 lines long.

I am using Windows 10 64-bit and the built-in Edge browser.
