Some of my Doff characters have been changed in appearance to old style cartoons with funny skill.
Hope it's a dev joke and not a hack!
I have grabbed a copy but can't post it (no URL)

They're "Lower Decks" doffs that you got by claiming the "Lower Decks Doffs" pack on the ZEN store when they offered them as a promotion to go with the cartoon "Star Trek: Lower Decks" on CBS. They also mentioned changing the images to match the TV show in their patch notes, and there's an entire thread discussing it already in this particular forum.
I mean, other than drawing you an infographic and sending someone to your home with those Clockwork Orange eyelid prying devices to walk you through that, I'm not sure how much more could have been done to help you out on this.
If you are referring to the Doffs from Lower Decks. What planet have you been on. The original portraits were changed to the series portraits when the show started. So no dev joke, no hack. Just you haven't kept upto date with info.
