Can you be more specific? What was the item in question? Also, please mention said item in your bug report instead of being vague. Cryptic is not psychic. Thanks.
My guess is he was highlighted on an item but the description was of the previous item and the one he wanted, so he bought based on the description which was of course the wrong item, clear as mud.
