Counselor outfit texture issues

currently this outfit has 2 issue. one is there is a big gap at the waist of my character when my character wears it almost as if she was cut in half! and 2nd the color scheme in general is a bit off, some times I have to use a different color block in order to get the colors to match with the top and bottom part of the set.

I don't know how to do screen shots correctly so if anyone can post it here as reference that would help a ton.

its a shame such texture glitches that have been in the game for many MANY years still remain low priority on their bug report list...
