PS4 Extreme Bartending Chain Not Working

After finishing the first mission in the chain (Drown Troubles with Saurian Brandy), when acquiring the next mission (Acquire Case of Romulan Ale) from a Bartender, it won't show up in the Duty Officer Assignment menu to assign Duty Officers to. I've tried with my ship interior bartender, and with the bartender in the New Romulus Embassy. To clarify, it shows up to choose when talking to the bartender, but after picking it and going into my character and duty officer menu, it's not there.

Okay, well... it seems to have fixed itself after having logged all the way out out and closing the app for ten minutes, and logging back in. A simple switch character and logout won't do it. I tried that first, then just closed it down completely and went for a smoke. When I came back and tried again, it showed up in the menu after acquiring it.
