Cannot choose Galaxy Class 2368 Interior on Federation fleet Artox Carrier

I bought from Zen store the Galaxy Class 2368 Interior.
It clearly states that it can be used by any federation starship.
When I go to the ship tailor with my galaxy star ship I can select it, however when I go with my Artox carrier, it is not there
I bought this interior specifically for my artox carrier and it seems It is the only ship I cannot use it.
Artox is a federation vessel so I should be able to use it like I can use the other bridge packs I bought in the past.
Can you please help me?
