Resolved an issue that was preventing Captains from receiving the daily bonus Dilithium from the current event.

Any one really surprised Cryptic won't: according to customer service emails, even though they could, compensate those negatively affected by the event daily bonus dilithium situation? Too much trouble to make right for the players & nothing to gain for Cryptic.

I feel more bad for any that paid real-world money/zen to use the buy-out event function to earn more dilithium since Cryptic markets it that way. Nicely done on the grifting, Cryptic, nicely done indeed!

I suppose a compromise would be extending the event by whatever number of days the non-paying dilithium occurred. It doesn't compensate players for lost time, but does offer the chance to still gain any extra dilithium that was missed-out on.

I see the short changelog once again shows up how little work is being done, and how blinded they are to anything that isn't the latest offering. There are many other simple bugs that you could also have fixed, but they don't exist in the two new missions, so clearly you don't care.
Try getting someone to play through the mission Midnight and see how many bugs you can find in that one alone.
Oh wait, it's not recent, we won't be seeing any fixes for them for another five years.

Take a trip to Dyson Battlezone both Contested Space and Ground and see what a lag infested, rubberbanding joyride of a zone that has become.

as I said on the bug forum we were lied to about the bridge officer reclaim, one more lie by cryptic.

Anyone been to (KDF) K-13 lately? All of the 23rd Century duty officers have been set to "Space, no more ground duty officers. Hope this will be fixed soon.

A short changelog does not show how little work is being done. Also, remember COVID-19 is around and that could also be affecting what is contained in the recent patches as well. They are not blinded to anything that is not the latest offering. There will most likely be a lot of fixes when the Summer Event comes to town. They do care. Continue reporting bugs and wait patiently. Thanks. :)

I hope you are right but so far, the lie seems to be the more accurate description. Support has closed my ticket with the message...

"According to our engineers, this will require some back end magic on the side of Cryptic Studios.

I don't expect an earlier fix from the development team before Tuesday's weekly maintenance. You and others who are also having the same issue will need to remain patient as we all await a fix from the engineers at Cryptic Studios.

Once a fix has been implemented Cryptic and their staff will be sure to update the patch notes found on our news page here: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/index
    Regards,
    GM Navi
    Specialist Game Master"

That was back on July 6th. Today is July 23rd! There hasn't been a single thing announced at all on the issue!

I was hoping they would have fixed the scale issue with the "claim marks" window, but I guess not. Bit of a pain having to re-scale my display every time I need to select marks.

In the fifth trial the server came online or whatever, so never mind.

You are correct, it is still broken. Also the [Event Bonus Reward] boxes are still there.

Since there isn't an official thread on the latest Mudd's combo...

With today's maintenance, the Mudd's Stealing Time Bundle was supposed to end, and the next bundle (Mudd's Faith of the Heart) was supposed to start.

Instead, the Mudd's Stealing Time Bundle is still up and it says there's 11d, 19h, 50min (last time I checked) left to go for Stealing Time.

How is that so when right in the details page of the Mudd's Faith of the Heart it states: "the pack will release on August 4th,"? So please reread.

Sorry about the start for the new bundle, but please reread:

In addition, the original Mudd’s Choice Bundle will be leaving the market with the launch of this new bundle. As a last hurrah, it will be 50% off from today, 7/20, until maintenance on 7/23.

Why is the older one still up, regardless? At the very least that should have ended at maintenance, like I said before.

Yet it says that it has 11d 18h 16m 32s the last time I checked in the Zen store.

No need to be sorry, who knows how many times these type of things change. I still think that "Faith of the Heart" bundle, which I probably won't be buying, releases the same day as the Summer Event, Aug. 4th. I hadn't even noticed till you pointed it out about the other Mudd's bundle still being active. Once I hear about them & their details I consider buying it or not then if a definite "no" I'm pretty good at forgetting about it. My guess is: Cryptic needing/wanting to keep something around posted "for sale" but just a guess.

@ambassadorkael#6946 in the future, would it be possible to list known issues so the players do not have to guess if their reports have been received? doesn't even have to be every time, once a month maybe?

What's CoViD-19 got to do with it??? Cryptic dev team qualify for people who can easily work from home!

COVID-19 does have some effect on it. Read the thread that gives the summary of the recent Ten Forward Weeklys they say that it is very difficult to do in-game engine work through remote connection. As Kael has pointed out how hard it has been to work from home besides the cats and other things it is not as easy as you think it is.

Event for Red Angel I paid cash to buy out still not paying out dilithium ore not even getting boxes since today's patch that, "fixed," the issue.

If you are going to take my money to buy out and you do not deliver as promised it is called fraud, or a lie if you prefer, yes a lie as in untruthful.

Also, still watching for my prize from Cryptic from the beginning of the month, July 1st.

What's the delay on unlocking the ability to purchase the Fleet T6 corvette (the version with pilot maneuvers) for the people who bought the regular T6 version from Mudd? I've seen lots of questions about it but no official response.

Still not getting bonus points towards the meta event (1k Lobi) after completion of the daily.
If you are looking for an excellent PvE fleet consider: Omega Combat Division today.

COVID-19 may be part of it, but also remember that we are just a couple of weeks away from the Summer Event. Whenever one of the major events starts getting close, the amount of bugfixes in a given patch start to decrease substantially likely due to more devs being involved in the "crunch time" needed to get said event ready for release. Of course, that doesn't mean the upcoming event won't have a few "major" bugs, but what event hasn't?
