Did Events Reclaim fall down and go boom?

Suddenly a few of my characters have shot back in time, and can't reclaim stuff from the events tab, it says that I have to have completed the event on another character.. even though I have...

Are you in the correct tab of the Events tab? Also, was the reward acquired when the item was not an account unlock at the time?

for my character t'ket@titanhoss#9356 only the Kobaiyashu Maru and Khitomer Cruiser show up in my ships reclaim tab, I found this out when I was trying to claim my t'pau for the ship console for a build. It's not a case of it having been dismissed, as my other event ships didn't auto populate to the admiralty tab upon hitting the correct level either.
