Need to complete the tutorial

This is the message I now get on a KDF character I've had since launch of the game if I want to do any of the TFO's I've done a myraid of times with them prior to the part one of the revamp.

    Did you try completing Duties of Command to see if the message goes away? Though that is a bug anyway since the system should recognize that your character has been around since the launch of the game and should not need to play the tutorial that you did not need to do since it was non-existent during that time in the first place.
