Can't play past TFO mission in New Romulus Chapter

I encountered this issue two days ago, and emailed support. They told me it appears to be a bug, but to come here and report it as well. I have played through every mission up to this point, but I am not able to hail to participate in this mission to get through this chapter. I have attached a screenshot of the episode list, showing the hail button as being unusable
