Fleet staff sitting on the floor

I just bought the Temporal battlecruiser- Ranger Class. It has a TOS interior.
When walking in my ship there are people not sitting on the chairs but they are falling true them. Sort of sitting on the ground.
It has the same issue on the other deck of the ship. For instance in the medical bay.

I've heard other people having the same issues.

We have the same problem on PC. Also, I am not able to see these pics, can you re-attach them? Thanks.

The pictures are working fine. Perhaps use another browser?
On social media many people encounter the same problem.

They work just fine for you, and only you, likely because they appear to have been linked from your Support ticket.
This means you get to see them, but absolutely nobody else.

The pictures are not working fine and I still would not see them if another browser was used. I am using the Arc-built in browser. I just went on Google Chrome and it still does not display so only you are able to see them and no one else. Please fix this. I want to see what you are seeing.
