Profanity Filter does not work

Bugs:
1. Does not work properly. The Character has disabled the PF in the Chat Options and it is still applied.

2. It teaches the use of new (IMO absurd) "vocables" to insult people.

Honestly Profanity Filter just don't work, never have, never will and exist only to save the company from lawsuits. They're either too lax or too draconian and somehow both at same time.

That said if there's an option to disable it, it should disable the filter and not only partially do so.
