Romulan Plasma Stun Pistol question

I have a Romulan character that has a Romulan Plasma Stun Pistol, the cool looking one from TNG, not the regular generic Plasma Stun Pistol.

I just made a new Romulan commander and want to equip him with the same weapon. The problem is my gamer memory is shot and I can't for the life of me remember where I got it from. LOL. I have looked in Romulan Rep, the Embassy on New Romulus, the Exchange, in Crafting, and tried to find it as a reward for some mission on the STO wiki. No luck with any of them.

Can my fellow Rommie's help me out here?

Thanks! I checked the projects list in Rom Rep, but somehow missed the 'Store' button. It's hell getting old - lol.
