Unable to learn skills for imported characters.

Hello,
To report a bug when importing a character from the holodeck server.
Character skills are in error, and marks the error message :
" invalid skill "
when we click on "reset" nothing happens, just the character screen closes without resetting the skills.
After some tests on characters which could have been imported without this errors, after it goes up level the error appears. But also when the characters unlock traits, like that of reputation, where the Trait Enhancements on the fleet station K-13.
