Can't find Galaxy At Large Mission

My Fed-aligned Reman is over three years old. He's level 65 with all specializations and reputation's fully complete. Yet I can't find the mission "Galaxy At Large" anywhere in my Episodes or Available tabs. I know this mission is supposed to unlock the "Lost Dominion" story arc, among others, but I can't seem to find it. Nor can I find the starting points for those story arcs. I somehow managed to get the "Spectres" arc started so that I have the "Spin the Wheel" mission as a quick-jump to Drozana station, but other than that I can't get the other arcs to show.

I just want to do the Operation Gamma mission so I can grab the Jem Hadar Deflector Dish for this toon.

Help! I've been pulling my hair out over this for months now! O.o

Never mind. I somehow found the "Second Wave" mission to start "Lot Dominion" arc. FINALLY!!!
