Question on the Mudd’s Stealing Time Choice Pack

Not really interested in the ships. What I am interested in is the:

[1x] Epic Prize Token - Phoenix Prize Pack

Not sure how the Phoenix Prize Pack works. I want to get the Quark for my Ferengi that flies a T5 D'Kora. Does this token allow me to get the Quark directly or is it a 1 in Billion chance to get a random Epic ship?

    Epic Phoenix tokens do not give you a lock box ship. The Quark Marauder is a lock box ship. Epic Phoenix tokens give you single character unlocks on old T6 event ships like the T6 Breen Raider or the T6 Bajoran Interceptor.

    To get a lock box or promo pack ship with 100% chance of success what you can do is:

    - Buy lock box keys or promo R&D packs for zen (don't buy the worthless normal R&D packs!)
    - Sell the keys or promo packs on the Exchange for EC
    - Buy the ship from the Exchange for EC

    You can lower your cost by buying zen when it is on sale, then buying the keys or packs when they are on sale. That gets you a double discount.
