The V-Rex is really the only one that is a huge problem.
For Gorn or arthropods, you can always switch instances and find a less crowded one to complete it. They spawn fast enough that it's never taken more than a couple minutes to finish.
The V-Rex is a catch-22. It won't spawn unless the map points are captured. But, you cannot make it to the spawn location from ANY of the map points before it's killed by campers. The best you can do is capture one or maybe two maps points, then go camp yourself.
Otherwise, the Endeavors are all relatively easily completed.

I suppose they could make it so that it was immune to damage for a bit after spawning so allow more people to get to it (essentially have it go thru a long "summoning" animation) maybe based on the amount of people already on the zone so it wouldn't get annoying for those times the zone is not busy.
