No cloak for T6 Dreadnought (Galaxy X)

I acquired a t6 fleet dreadnought and never received a cloaking device which should've come with the ship. Also, I bought this ship the summer of last year I thought the cloak was earned through a separate mission but I never earned it. In the past months, I played the game intermittently and still never got the cloaking device for my ship.
