T6 Ship Purchase Not Unlocking Properly

Purchased the T6 Temporal Science Vessel and Temporal Battlecruiser Paladin Class and when I went to update their skins to the TOS variants they were not available, saying they cost 15,000 Zen (the price of the Temporal Agent Pack). I've never had this issue with any of my other T5 or T6 purchases. Game GM said this was a bug and I should file this bug report.
