Intel Team Stealth Permanent

The Intelligence bridge officer ability "Intel Team" as you well know works like a cloak (effectiveness modified by stealth and aux power), has the same visual effect and it is also unable to be activated when under the effects of anything that disables cloaking abilities (Tractor beam, Charged particle burst etc). However the stealth buff doesn't go away when you are hit by one of these abilities.
Once it is active especially while under the effects of Exitus Acta Probat (starship trait) combined with fresh from R&R (personal space trait) it is effectively a near permanent scimitar cloak (but far better) while either using 2 copies or one copy with a little bit of cooldown reduction (which normally would require you to buy the scimitar's and take up 3 console slots to use, and would enact a 2 minute cooldown for balancing).
Nothing can ever hit you. And you do more damage. I wouldn't expect the Exitus buff to be taken offline. However since intel team seems to otherwise behave like a cloak, it seems that the stealth buff should be taken offline when affected by any cloak disabling ability, or when auxiliary power gets taken offline.
The fix seems like it would be minor as it would only have to remove the buff if auxiliary power reaches 0 or you are effected by a cloak disabling ability, both of which seem to already send the signal to the tray to grey out the button.
