Communication window/Viewscreen overlay bug.

On PC I've noticed in the last couple of days that when I switch to a starship with a unique overlay for the viewscreen window box that it just sticks with the faction default (in my case FedRom) instead. I've tried swapping a number of times but it will not change.
I tried a forced verify to see if that might clear the issue but no luck.
I did a skill re-spec the two days ago, which is around the same time I noticed the issue first (it may simply be unrelated.)
The Romulan T'laru and the Advanced Obelisk Carrier are two starships that should have bridge specific overlays but they currently aren't displaying for me.
I went to the Nequencia Alpha System patrol to take these screenshots (dialogue without combat.)
