On seven separate characters in the last two weeks, reaching level ten provided no dilithium ore rather than the requisite 30K.

    That reward has been changed to a 30K dilithium ore bonus pool. This is not a bug. The problem is that on console currently you are not able to see this pool by hovering over it while PC does have this feature. May it be added soon for you guys.

    The Ferengi one is now a "bonus pool" which gives you a 50% bonus on any earned ore until you have earned a total of 30K in bonuses. So for example if you turn in a random TFO box for 70 marks, it should come with 700 ore but you would actually get 1050 (350 of that coming from the bonus pool). The same sort of behavior you might see during a dilithium weekend event.

    The Klingon one is now a fleet dilithium voucher, which will go directly to your assets screen and can be used only to donate to fleet projects (but no longer counts against refining quotas).
