The case of the vsanishing ship

hi folks 3 days ago while opening lock boxs for tech upgrades a epic token dropped, i thoufght great i can get my vorgon escort so i clicked on use and the only 2 picks i had were the kobali samsar or the krenim science vessels i was a biy surprised. So i backed out checked my inventory no ship check my bank no ship checked my account bank no ship checked my overflow bag nothing then checked my active and dry docked sships nothing doing so i went to events to reclaim it and it was greyed out in fact they all were apart from which i weird as i own most of them came back out. i then did the same checks on all my toons no ship so i jusy got the samsar waited 2 days on a reply from support to be told i had to post this in here to see if any of you guys have any clue as to where its gone and im missing a t6 ship so HALP
