Antivirus conflicts

Today I tried to launch the game. My a/v software (Kaspersky Total Security) blocked some ad url and blocked downloading it's JS. Now the game stucks on login screen even if I quit a/v.

    Did you give Star Trek Online permission through the antivirus? Also, have you tried turning off On-Demand Patching and turning on Force-Verify? Thanks. :)
