The Tier 2 Skill Inevitability III from the Temporal Operative Specialization is supposed to grant +20% Recharge Speed to
ALL Kit Modules. However, there are certain modules, that are not benefiting from this skill. Here I show an Example:
These Tooltips are recorded in space with the Temp Op Spec deactivated. Thus no boni are applied and we see the unmodified/base recharge time of the two Kitmodules: CD = 30 seconds
These Tooltips are recorded on a lvl 65 ground map with the Temp Op Spec still deactivated. The Recharge time is reduced, because my char has Improved Kit Effiency, which grants +100 Kit Readiness (KCD). Because for each point KCD the modules recharging 0.2% = 0.002 faster, the applied Recharge time is:
30/(1+100*0.002) = 25 seconds.
These Tooltips are recorded on a lvl 65 ground map with Temp Op Spec
activated. The Recharge Speed of the Science Kit Module is further increased by 20% from the Inevitability III Skill according to:
30/(1+100*0.002+0.2)= 21.4 seconds.
However, the Recharge Time of the Universal Kit Module is not further reduced!
And yes: the Recharge Time in the tooltip is equal to the applied recharge time in combat. So it's not only the tooltip which is bugged!
Kit Modules which are not benefiting from Inevitability includes
- ALL Temporal Operative Kit Modules
- ALL Miracle Worker Kit Modules
- probably ALL Universal Kit Modules (the modules tested were: Chain Conduit Capacitor, Antiproton Leash, Fek'lhri Chaos Blaze, Gravitational Juncture, Subspace Rift, Delphic Puddle, Crystalline Spike, Plasma Feedback Cascade, Agony Field Generator, Sompek Lightning, Sandstorm Generator, Chroniton Jolt)
