Unable to advance Nukara rep

I cannot advance Nukara rep on one of my characters (Foux@bluegrassgeek). Any time I attempt to submit marks for the Daily, the button greys out and nothing happens. Other reps seem to be fine, my other characters are unaffected by this. I sent a GM ticket in-game, they said it was a bug and to post here so devs could take a look.
