Invited to fleet while 'Allow fleet invites' turned off.

I went to the tailor and noticed 'Emblem - Character' for the Upper Body section of Uniform.

Someone sent an Fleet Invite while I was visiting the Tailor. I checked Social UI Privacy Settings, the 'Allow fleet invites' was switched to 'off'.

I know from previous experience that the option for Fleet emblems pop up when the fleet invite is active, even if I haven't clicked on the agreement for it. But this person should not even have the ability to send an invite to fleet when allow fleet invites is switched off.

Is this a programming loophole that allows blind invites?

    Turn it on, relog then disable again. This should fix it.
