    i HAVE A QUESTION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TOPIC. If a ship is cloaked but still visible under a silhouette type of visual, why can I not start shooting at them? I typically play a friend of mine and I can see him but i cannot lock weapons or fire upon him except once every 30 seconds and only for 1 second. Is this broken?

    MInd i tried the jem hadar deflector on epic and had aux power thru the roof. Even a charged particle burst did not work. WTF???

    Ask your friend what they are using first. It sounds like its not actual stealth but something else, and the game is definitely not well balanced for the something elses.
