in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Terran Task Force Covariant Shield Mk XV V. Rare disappeared while switching ships and does not appear on any ship, in inventory nor bank.

Posted here as requested in the bug report.

    Check in the ship visuals tab. That's a favourite spot to put shields for a laugh...

    First place I checked, but thanks anyway. Also checked in the bank and in the retrieve tab of the replicator; you know, just in case. But nope... seems to be somewhere in between ships. Not here, not there, not anywhere.

    First time it happened to me too... at least that I noticed.
