I completed the mission arcs for my Delta Recruits during the last re-run, claimed the rewards on the transponder, and everything was working fine for my other characters. However since that point some mission arcs have been removed from the mission list and moved to the "available" tab, some have had the new "starter" mission added in, and TFO's inserted in to complete. This apparently broke the reclaim store as mission arc reward boxes are now greyed out and saying I need to "claim the reward" on my DR, yet my DR has already claimed those rewards and cannot do so again. I tried completing all the newly added bits, like the "starter" missions and the TFO lead in missions on one of the DR's to see if that would trip the flag, but that didn't do anything.
View of my Klingon DR showing that all mission arc rewards are claimed, with the Dominion Domination arc highlighted as an example. What my new character is seeing in the shop.
What makes it even weirder is the Temporal Insight traits for finishing the mission arcs are perfectly fine to claim and use so it's not like everything is broken, just the flags involving those changed arcs need to be fixed to actually recognize that they're finished again. Since we're not likely to get Delta re-run due to the "massive amount of work involved" to re-run it to work around the issue by just making 3 new ones, can we at least get this issue fixed?

Death is OP, please nerf. I BLAME KURLAND FOR THIS!
The DR is max level. As I mentioned, I went through on the Klingon DR and made sure that all the missions that could be completed were completed and it didn't fix anything.
and that silliness really needs to go away, because the gamma stuff can all be claimed as soon as you hit level 20

A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch."
"We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
I'll get my alt maxed then if that's what's going on but you're right that this needs to be changed. I can claim the DR starship traits, which are impossible to use at level 20, but not certain boxes that are just full of fleet marks and some ore and are actually usable at that level. How can someone sit down, code that, and think "yeah, this totally makes sense and I'm 100% certain that this decision was correct." At least they fixed it for Gamma but that's just on a whole other level of why.
