each pack listed on that page was supposed to either give the player lobi or Special Requisition Choice Pack - Tier 6 Promotional Ship Choice Pack.
i bought, from the c store, Fleet Support Duty Officer Pack - 275 Zen and Research and Development Pack Bundle – 1000 Zen. i did not receive any lobi or Special Requisition Choice Pack - Tier 6 Promotional Ship Choice Pack.
