Anyone else having issues topping up zen? when i try to top up it says "Before you can purchase, you need to complete the tutorial" ? any clues as to what tutoril? im a life time subscriber

    This should be obvious what this means. The tutorial in question is the tutorial for your faction.

    great reply but by the very fact that im a life time sub you'd think that i know what the tutorial is, or did you miss that part?

    If it indeed is a bug, then it needs to be fixed. Yes, I read you are a lifetime subscriber but you were asking about the tutorial which you are not allowed to skip in other to do zen topup. Sorry, I was of no help. I do not need the snark though. Thanks. :)
