I cant turn my Archon Class in to the good old Sovereign Class.
It doesn't matter which parts i apply .
The tailor saves the design, but i get the "Invalid parts" message.
Which isn't true because i don't use any parts that would cost me Zen. Even a fully stock design gets the same error.
I don't know if it was that overpriced legendary bundle from you, or what.
I can't modify my Zen store ship, which makes me of course a tad angry.
For i don't like the archon design i only want the Canonical ship.
Shame, I had such a great name for her...

Actually, it's supposed to.
The way it's supposed to work is that the base Sovereign skin should be included with any Sovereign variant. So if you only own the T6 Archon, you should be able to use the base Sovvy skin for free without owning anything else. The Majestic and Noble should also be unlocked. The only skins you have to buy are the Regent, Archon, Vizier, Legendary and the Imperial from the Fleet Version.
Question for the OP: Do you own any other Sovereign variant? I am thinking what happened is that this free skin is probably an actual unlock that you missed somewhere. Did you take the Sovereign as your free ship at T4? If not, you might be able to unlock the skin by buying the cheap-o T4 Sovvy from the Ship Vendor.
I am in a similar boat, I own the Archon, but I do not own any other C-Store Sovereign and it works perfectly for me. I have access to the Base Skin as well as the Majestic and the Noble. You absolutely should have the base skin, so something is buggy.
You might also want to calm down and try and step through it rationally.. the all caps rants isn't going to help anyone.
It works fine for me, can you post a screenshot or video so we can see what's happening?
What I think is that the tailor may be bugged for some designs, where the dropdown parts menu is not properly giving you the parts that are from that design. It does actually want you to spend zen to unlock it because you don't have that part, but that part you think you're selecting from a ship you own isn't actually the part you think you own.
So, basically for your Sovereign, you may think you're using parts for the standard Sov from the dropdown, but the game is instead selecting something from say the Vizier and telling you to pay for it because you don't own the Vizier.
Try to figure out precisely which part is broken, by changing your selection, which you'll know when the game doesn't want you to pay zen for it anymore. If it is a sovereign standard piece you want, you should be able to use the full sovereign costume button on the side and swap parts out from there and avoid changing the problem piece.
Without some type of video or screenshot, the issue cannot be addressed, but it's effecting him alone.
