I wanted to do some Tribble Gene Splicing, and while I have all the necessary items to do so, and the Biochemists to work their wonders, my Romulan (Tact., Fed-Aligned) is unable to do so. This isn't new for this character, though.

I had submitted the bug report before, when /bug worked. There wasn't even a bug report ticket number popping up this time around, so I don't even know if it's even being registered or not.

Maybe because it takes a Biologist and not a biochemist?
