Non-Romulan toons cannot relcaim the Solanae Overcharged Singularity Core

When I re-claim the Dyson Science Destroyer on a non-Romulan character, the ship comes equipped with the Solanae Overcharged Warp Core.

When I re-claim the Dyson Science Destroyer on a Romulan character, the ship comes equipped with Solanae Overcharged Singularity Core and I get a copy of the Solanae Overcharged Warp Core in my inventory.

I have a non-Romulan character who just bought a Romulan ship. I want to get the Solanae Overcharged Singularity Core for this Romulan ship; but I can't, as any reclaim of the Dyson Science Destroyer gets me the warp core only.

Help me, devs, you're my only hope ….
