While playing tonight on my Captain - literally her rank - I travelled around Beta Quadrant to catch some DSE's. I would see them spawn on my map, change course, and warp (at just over Warp 8) to the location of the DSE. Upon arrival? The way point shows in front of me. With range down to 0. Should be on top of the DSE. But no orange ball. No button to click to enter as it is just not there.
Checking the map, the triangle icon was still there. I was on top of it by that map. This has happened twice tonight so far.
