I was asked by support to make a trend post (whatever that means).
This is concerning the purchase of an EC cap increase on my account that was f2p (no subscription) - the purchase of 1,000 zen happened at Feb 11 at 2:20 AM. I was given 180 million credits from another user AFTER THAT TIME STAMP. The EC cap increase didn't work, and the limit was stuck at 15 million when the trade was made AFTER the EC cap purchase . Because of that i lost all 180 million credits. I'd like a reimbursement since this purchase was faulty.
