BUG: Temporal Anchor trait behaving as a removable buff.

The trait "Temporal Anchor" from the Legendary Temporal Operative Science Vessel tier VI mastery appears as a buff icon in the buff tray (which is unusual for a ship trait) and is, apparently, removable.
If it is removed it doesn't get re-applied unless you de-activate and re-activate the trait.
This does not seem to be normal behaviour for a trait: Traits usually behave as abilities innate to the ship.
Steps to Reproduce:
This happened to me playing in the Undine Battlezone as a KDF allied Romulan commanding a Galas Surveillance Explorer Warbird [T6].
I'm not entirely sure what caused it, but I assume an NPC used ability akin to Subnucleonic Beam that removes buffs.
