Romulan Drone hanger pets

I have the Thrai dreadnought and am not able to use the Romulan drone hanger ships on it. In the description for the drones it says it is able to be used on a dreadnought. So what is the story??????

Indeed, it does say ANY dreadnought warbird. I can confirm, it does not work on the Thrai.
