I reported in ticket 96627 (which was marked solved, but isn't) and in ticket 108639 (just now) that I cannot claim the 800-day Veteran Reward from my in-game email. No matter how I click or how many times, it just sits there in the email inert.
I purchased on 1/30/2020, and despite reporting on 2/1/2020 and the subsequent exchange over email, I have no resolution, and something I paid real money for has not been delivered, and I have no promise of a time to deliver, and no promise of compensation for the money you've received in good faith. Please respond and fix this immediately!
