I can't seem to find the Top Hat. I have everything else, I think, but the only hat option is the mini, not the actual full size top hat. Does anyone know where I can find it?
It should be in the top selection (Category), you'd be able to click on the Top Hat.
It can be used either with uniforms (including the first costume slot for Starfleet), or other clothes options, unless it's bugged for the species of the character you're using.

Okay. Thank you! I finally found it! Why they put it there, I have no idea. Especially when the mini is in a completely different place. Would it really be too much to ask to have these similar items placed in the same categories, please?
Edit: It is definitely bugged in some cases. It doesn't show up for my Orion at all and he has no hair. Hopefully PWE can fix this annoyance and put things in the same places!
