items disappearing

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
this is the second time i've had this happen where either i was sending a item to another character ..mail...or i switched ship on my main toon and the items disappear

    The items that are missing... do they happen to be items with visuals attached? If so, check the "Visuals" tab on your ship.

    The page on the Wiki that lists the items that have visuals... and could possibly end up in the Visual Slots of your ship, instead of in Inventory or Gear Slots or Bank where you were expecting it to go.

    If you don't have auto transfer on the items in question are probably on the other ship(s).
