[Xbox] Is There An Ingame Quick Control Refresher Tutorial?

I'm mostly a PC player for STO, considering what I've put into it (time, etc.), every now and again, I tried to get back into the Xbox version but I end up pressing the wrong buttons on the controls and I end up having to make a new character just to run through the tutorial again.

This wastes time, which could have been spent actually playing the game with characters/ships that you've already made.

It would be nice if the Holodeck in the Academies could be used to run a game refresher tutorial, where players coming back to the game after long breaks could run a tutorial simulation, allowing them to relearn and practice the controls. Maybe if this could be done, maybe Holodecks could be set up on ESD and the First City as well?

IIRC there is a Controls setting option in the Main options area
