Winter Event Powers\skills no longer show as trained BOFF skills,Best Served Cold &Very Cold in Spc

(Best Served Cold and Very Cold in Space )The issue pertains to the use of specific powers\skills purchased from the Winter Event Store (2019) which by design apply only to the character under which they were purchased (They are character bound). I noticed the issue within the past few days as have others on the StarTrekOnline Facebook group. Two bridge officers (BOFFs) I had previously applied the referenced skills from the Winter Event Store. Neither BOFF's show the skills as available trained skills under each of their listed abilities. They only show under the saved Star Stations, Powers Tray saved loadouts. Reported to GM whom confirmed appears to be a bug
